Do you want to be a direct sales leader? You’re going to have to ACT like one!

Video Posted on

Every year I host a meeting for 150 amazing ladies at an event called DIrector Powerhouse. We spend the entire weekend training and learning from each other. We laugh, we cry, and I yell at them. And it’s always a wonderful experience that gives me the energy to get through the tough times. These ladies are the reason why I love my job. Next to my team, they have given me the courage to be the leader I am today. They have given me the confidence to speak up and let my voice be heard. They have given me the DRIVE to train like a mad lady! This group of ladies is what it means to be loved unconditionally.

Our opening to Director Powerhouse this year was a kick in the pants to them. I wanted them to know that I’m on to them! We did a survey of 150 leaders and I speak about the results in this video. So if you are looking for some inspiration to get your butt off the couch and DO something…this is the video for you. If you’re happy couch sitting and wondering why no one is knocking down your door to buy your products, you probably won’t like this. If you’re not afraid to work…this will inspire you to do so. If you’re full of excuses, you probably need to eat this for breakfast for about 7 days in a row πŸ˜‰

Enjoy a little tail kickin’ from yours truly.
