Thirty-One Gifts is SO Much More Than a Bag Thing:)

I’m just beaming with pride for my daughter.

She’s only 15 years old but soooo much more. She saw a post on social media about students not being able to afford their cap and gowns for graduation. And demanded (like 15 year old girls do) that we do something about it. So we did!

Channel 12 News came out to talk to her about it:

This little girl just made her mama so proud!!

We posted on social media and our Thirty-One sisters rallied all over the country to make this a reality. The response and support was incredible from my Thirty-One sisters and I’m so thankful to be a part of something so much more than just selling bags.

With Thirty-One, I’m able to set an example for my daughter. We’re able to give back to the community and she is able to be surrounded by STRONG and AMAZING women who lift each other up every single day. Being able to include my daughter, and all my kids, in service projects all throughout the year is a treasure to me. And an example set by Thirty-One and most importantly, my mother.

My mom instilled the value of service to me as a kid. And now I’m able to pass that along to my children with the help of Thirty-One. Sometimes you wonder if you’re kids are EVER listening to anything you say. That day…Samantha proved to me she’s watching. She’s listening. And she’s following in her grandmothers footsteps. So proud of her. And so proud of all my Thirty-One sisters who shared, donated, and helped make this happen!
