Remember the key to engagement posts:

You have to ENGAGE yourself! See what your customers answers are and interact. Laugh with them. Be a human being instead of trying to sell to them constantly! If you read between the lines, you can really get to know your customers with some of these posts. And then your customers, well they actually get to know each other too. They will start finding people in your group with similar interests, maybe they were from the same hometown, maybe they owned the same “first car”. Whatever it is, it’s about creating an environment and a community where people actually like to come and interact and smile once a in awhile.

So try scheduling these posts a couple times a week and see what happens!

Schedule Theme Days Easily in Your Customer Group

It’s really important to stay consistent in your Facebook Customer Groups. And using theme days can help you do that!

80/20 Rule:

Make sure you’re posting 80% valuable content and 20% sales. If they’re in your group, they KNOW you sell whatever if it is you sell. You don’t have to shove it down their throats! What you NEED to do is provide VALUE. Show them you are there to provide a service to THEM.  Your business page is where you should be selling! And every now and then you can share that post from your business page into your customer group.

Here’s some examples:

Monday Motivation: quotes

Monday Giggles: make them laugh

Tuesday Tips: your business tips to make their life easier with your product

Tuesday Treats: your product tips

Way Back Wednesday: post something nostalgic

Thursday Passion: post something YOU love. For instance, I’m doing easy cooking recipes each Thursday because I love to cook! Love to shop? Post coupons or deals from other places, etc.

Friday FUN Day: ask everyone what they’re doing this weekend, give them something fun to do with the family

Finding content that is fun to share in your customer group can be daunting sometimes, right?

Well, there’s a page on Facebook that is sharing fun Wacky Holiday graphics that would be great to share in your customer groups.

Things like these:

Staying consistent on your customer page is IMPORTANT. No matter what you’re posting, you have to keep posting. You have to keep bringing them back to your page.

This kind of content is FUN. And engaging. Ask your customers a question with each one. Have some fun with it!

Booking Game in Your Facebook Customer Group

Here’s a really fun way to get some bookings in your customer group!

Facebook LIVE videos are a GREAT way to:

  1. create a buzz

  2. get interaction

  3. get more views

  4. and increase your bookings!

I got these boxes at Dollar General for $1. You can essentially use anything to do this with. And the great thing is, you can mix it up with each holiday!

Make sure you’re showcasing the hostess and customer special.

Make sure you’re showing them their hostess packet they’ll get in the mail.

And make sure you let them know that all they have to do is collect $200 in orders and they’ll get:

  1. $25 in FREE
  2. any hostess exclusive item
  3. any item HALF PRICE!

SO EASY!! Have some fun with this! Put a Santa hat on, get excited!! When you’re excited…THEY ARE EXCITED!!

Share Your Thirty-One Accomplishments!

Just getting back from National Conference and I’m wrapping up the END of a catalog and beginning to work on a NEW catalog.

I’m exhausted, anyone else?

But it’s VERY important to make sure you’re sharing your accomplishments inside your customer group. Things you want to share:

  1. amenities
  2. pictures with friends
  3. your lanyard
  4. any awards
  5. anything that inspired YOU

Here is one video I made for my customer group explaining how they helped me earn all those ribbons on my lanyard!

Let them celebrate with you! You’re planting recruiting seeds, you’re including them in your accomplishments, and you’re showing them what a great time you’re having with your business!
