Use Email Templates for Your Thirty-One Business

You know when someone messages you and asks you for more information on booking a party?

And you’re right in the middle of a manicure, or soccer practice, or waiting in line at Walmart (you’re gonna be there awhile). Well…here’s a way for you to copy and paste a message to WOW your customers and seal the deal!

So WHY would you want to create email drafts and templates for your Thirty-One business?

You’re going to look like a professional:

When you email your customer back in a SHORT amount of time, with this AMAZING and informative email…they’re gonna be like…”Man, this lady is good”. And that’s exactly what you want. To look like the BOSS you are.

You’re not going to FORGET:

How many times have you been at the grocery store and gotten a message. And you’re like…”crap. I’ll answer that when I get home”. 2 days later…you realize you forgot. Your moment to look and act like a professional is GONE.

You’re going to save yourself TIME:

How much time does it take for you to create the same daggone information to send each time? Too much time. It’s stressful, you’re in a hurry, and it’s a PAIN. Now when you copy and paste this message for the first time (and every time after), you’re gonna be like…”yeah, i know I’m the boss.”

Recruiting Made Simple for Your Thirty-One Business

There’s a lot of misconceptions about recruiting in your Thirty-One business.

The biggest one being…that “I’m just not good at that”. You couldn’t be anymore wrong. No one was BORN a top recruiter. I’m the #2 recruiter int eh entire company for the fiscal year of 2014-2015. And don’t plan on missing that title this year;)

But it didn’t come easily. In fact, I’ve been in this company for over 7 years before I earned that title. I worked hard on it. I focused. I write down what I was doing and analyzed every aspect of it, to see what I was doing wrong. Or, not even wrong, just not geared to get the best results for my recruiting goals.

Then I wrote down everything I was doing. And figured out how I could tie in recruiting to EVERY aspect of what I was doing on a daily basis: hostess coaching, Facebook parties, social media, customer service, lead generation…EVERYTHING. And I poured my ALL into it.

Now, for example, you take Missy Nelson on our team. She was with the company TWO YEARS and earned #3 recruiter in the entire company. Was she born that way? No. She worked hard. She focused all her efforts on recruiting and applied the same tactics and MORE to her own recruiting efforts to grow her team. And she blew it out of the water. And now is getting ready to promote to Senior Director because of it.

HARD WORK. FOCUS. THAT is what will make a top recruiter. There’s no tricks…just changing your focus.

You’re no different than me. I’m a consultant first, ALWAYS. I have to book parties, I have to put in the work to get the results. Set a goal RIGHT NOW.

If you’re a consultant: Senior Consultant by August.

If you’re a Senior Consultant: Director by December

If you’re a Director or above: NEVER settle for anything less than 1 new member a month

Thirty-One Hostess of the Month Club

Let me just start by saying, none of this would have been possible without the help of Diana Weger to inspire and teach me!

And the first thing you HAVE to do, is watch this video so you fully understand all the ins and outs of the HOTM (Hostess of the Month) Club. The video is 17 minutes long. But you’re gonna get all my tips and tricks and ways to make this work for YOU!

THE IDEA OF A HOSTESS OF THE MONTH CLUB:

This is the REALLY simplified idea of a Hostess of the Month Club:

**Get 6 ladies to commit to a $35 purchase every month, for 6 months. They can purchase for themselves, or collect an order from a friend or family member.

**You create a private group just for them on Facebook.

**All their orders due by 15th of each month. If 6 people order $35, that gives you a guaranteed party each month.

**One of those months, each person will be a hostess in the month they choose. So they take turns being hostess.

Post this in your customer group on Facebook. You can also EMAIL this, fb message, anything you want.1

Do you LOVE Thirty-One? This is for YOU!!
I am starting a new hostess of the month club in February! It’s a fun group of 6 ladies who order online or with me a minimum of $35 a month for 6 months ( or collect a $35 order if you decide not to order ) and in turn you get to be the HOSTESS for those orders and get the free and half off rewards TWICE that year, once for each catalog season. Get some boxes or packets together and take PICTURES of them and post AGAIN a couple days later!

Getting hostess of the month club packets together. When they keep seeing this over and over, they’ll slowly start warming up to the idea.

3 catalogs
31 pen
10 business cards
Some 31 hair ties
31 magnet calendar
Monthly specials flier

These people are basically 6 extended consultants for me. Doing my job. Collecting orders each month and spreading the word about my business. I want to make sure they’re HAPPY. And they’re prepared to SHARE!
Each month they’ll get the customer special fliers and a small gift. Probably a nail file. Book mark magnet. Something like that with the specials flier.
Think about it. I just booked one show for the next 6 months. They automatically get $200 from their club. So all they need to do on their month is reach $600 in Sales to get their hostess special of the month. And I will coach them to do it!!
I just almost guaranteed myself a $600 party for the next 6 months. Imagine if you got TWO groups filled??? This is your paycheck ladies. Spoil them. Make them want to do it AGAIN when it’s over!!

**Update…I now have FOUR ladies for my 4th club!!! 2 more ladies and I have 4 entire clubs filled!! My first month, one HOTM had $1300 in orders, the other had $380 I think? Now I’m adding 2 more clubs this month. The potential is out of this world ladies!

Thirty-One Facebook Opportunity Event with Spring 2016 Kit!

Here’s a script you can use to host your own opportunity event on Facebook. You can do this as a team or for yourself.

This script was a collaboration between myself, Bridgett Edwards, and Tiffany Wellinghoff.

It’s a great way to show all the benefits and frequently asked questions about joining Thirty-One with the new Spring and Summer 2016Enrollment Kit!

I like to create a private group for these because people can refer back to them.

I posted things before the event also. We hold these once a month for our team to be able to invite their potential recruits. Thanks to Tiffany Wellinghoff who gave me the push to get back into doing them. And they’ve been going GREAT!

You’ll want to post once a day until the event. And then that day…post once in the morning, maybe once around 5pm, one hour before the event, and then 20 minutes before the event.

Here are a few Frequently Asked Questions answered for you.

1. I have a very busy life and I’m not sure if I can be gone at night. What are the shopping event options?
You can do JUST catalog parties and online parties if that is what fits your schedule. A catalog party is when you give someone a hostess packet and they just collect orders from their friends and family and turn them in to you.

2. Do consultants have a monthly/quarterly quota to stay active?
To stay active with Thirty-One, consultants only need to submit $200 in sales every rolling three months. A qualifying party for Thirty-One is only $200! Very easy to stay active!

3. Does the company supply consultants with a website? If so, what is the cost?
The cost is $12.95 a month. You will receive the website and newsletter FREE during your first three months you join Thirty-0ne. And you can cancel that at any time.

4. How do I submit orders?

Yes! Your customers can go directly to your website and place an order or re-order without hosting a shopping event.

6. What is my initial cost to become a consultant?
It only takes $99 to secure your consultant display kit! It comes with over $400 in product you get to use for yourself and your parties

7. What will I get with my kit and when can I expect to receive it?
You will get all the products on the back of the new catalog along with 25 catalogs, invitations, and 50 order forms in addition to other start-up paperwork. You will receive your kit in 3-5 days.

8. Are there any other hidden fees?
No, Thirty-One does not charge you any other fees throughout the year.

9. What can I do to prepare while waiting for my kit?
You can visit www.vistaprint.com to order address labels for your catalogs and business cards. They are FREE, all you have to do is pay for shipping!

And you’ll want to spread the word about your new business. Tell all your family and friends and start booking those parties!!! Your best bet is to have what I call a “launch party” at your house. Invite everyone you know and do your own party when your kit arrives. That way you can enter your first party, you’ll make all the commission, and you’ll earn all the free and half-price items as the hostess-so you can add to your kit for FREE!
10. How are Consultants paid at Thirty-One?
We get paid by direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month. You can also choose to have a paper check sent to you if you don’t want direct deposit.

11. Does the company offer consultant incentives?
Yes, Thirty-One offers us challenges during various months to receive something FREE or have the opportunity to qualify for various things.

12. How do I collect money from customers?
As a consultant, you can accept cash, checks, or credit cards for the full amount owed including shipping and tax. Consultants are not charged for this service. Thirty One accepts all major credit cards.

13. Do I have to have a separate business checking account to become a Thirty-One consultant?
No. Although, by having a separate checking account for your Thirty-One business it may make it easier to track business income and expenses.

14. Is there a penalty or fee if I decide to get out of the business?
No. Just contact home office and let them know of your decision. There is never a penalty for not selling…you have nothing to lose by trying!!!

15. Are there any support groups or training for Thirty-One consultants?
Yes! Yes! Yes! We have a Consultant Website calledwww.thirtyonetoday.com and it is updated daily with the latest information that you will need to run your business. You can get all the info on company announcements, consultant information, and online trainings. We also have a team page full of daily tips and marketing tricks for your business!
